Troubleshooting 500 error when accessing offline answer sets

Ideagen Disclose users accessing offline answer sets.
Client access is required to access answer sets. To select Force Undo offline, Administrator permissions are required.
If you encounter a 500 error when trying to access an offline answer set, this typically occurs when you are using a different browsing session than the one you used to take it offline.
1. Resolving the access error
To restore access to your offline answer set:
- Contact your Administrator user for Disclose.
- Ask them to log in to Disclose.
- Ask them to navigate to Answer Sets.
- Ask them to hover over your answer set.
- Ask them to select the dropdown menu.
- Ask them to choose Force Undo Offline.
This will bring the answer set back online, allowing you to continue working on it.
