Users uploading a financial statement PDF file might encounter a blank error message, with the comment "If the issue persists, please contact the Administrator".
This article explains what causes the issue and how to resolve it.
1. Issue
Where AI features are enabled, the Answer Set Details page allows you to upload a financial statement:
If your PDF file is bigger than 10Mb, then you will see the message:

If the issue persists, please contact the Administrator
2. Solution
PDF files containing only financial statement data will be smaller than 10Mb, but additional formatting (e.g. logos, title pages etc.) may increase the file size to the point that it exceeds the size limit. If this happens, save the PDF file without additional information, such that the resulting file is smaller than 10Mb.
