 System Administrators who want to learn about tenant statuses.

No elevated permissions are required.

Each Disclose tenant has a status. This article describes each status value.

1. Tenant status

In the Manage Tenants screen you will see that each tenant has a status:

The status values are as follows:

• Invalidated – The initial admin user has not accessed the link provided in the welcome email.
• Validated – The initial admin user has clicked the welcome email link but has not yet logged in.
• Active – At least one user has logged in within the past month.
• Inactive – No users have logged in during the past month.
• Dormant – No users have logged in during the past three months.
