No elevated permissions are required.

This guide explains how to allocate tokens to users so they can access AI functionality.

1. Allocating AI functionality to users

Once the AI function has been enabled, you will need to allocate your tokens to users. 

To add a user:

1. Open the Admin menu.
2. Navigate to Licence Usage.
3. Click AI tokens
4. Click Drop down menu.
5. Click Assign licences.
6. Assign licences to your users.
7. Click Save. 

In this Licence Usage menu option, you will be able to keep track of your licence allocation including your total allocation of tokens purchased, your tokens available to distribute to users, and the number of unspent tokens across the organisation.

When you assign licences, all your users will be displayed, and you can search or scroll for those you wish to allocate tokens to and enter the number of tokens against their name.  

Any allocation will immediately update the number available.
