Troubleshooting the checklist dropdown showing "No Results Found" during Answer Set creation

Users who are troubleshooting the "No Results Found" issue in checklists.
Administrative permissions are required.
1. Issue
When users initiate the creation of a new answer set in Disclose, the checklist dropdown displays a “No results found” message which prevents users from creating new answer sets with checklists.
2. Solution
Please check if the checklists or licenses have expired:
If expired: Contact the Account Manager (AM) to renew the license. After renewal, inform the AM and ask them to update the license status in Ideagen Disclose.
If active: Confirm the user has the correct licenses by contacting the internal Disclose administrator.
