Troubleshooting unrestricted client created from the Start Answer Set dialog

Users who want to troubleshoot a bug when an unrestricted client might be created.
No elevated permissions are required.
In Disclose, you create client records. By default, these are viewable by all users but can be restricted. Such clients are termed Restricted. A tenant administrator can enforce that all clients are restricted by enabling Restricted Clients Only.
This article outlines a bug in v4.29.3030.679, where an unrestricted client might be created from the Start Answer Set dialog.
1. Issue
In Disclose v4.29.3030.679, with Enable Restricted Clients Only activated:
- Adding a client from the Manage Client screen without specifying users will trigger an error, requiring cancellation or user addition.
- Creating a client from the Start Answer Set dialog without specifying users will bypass the Enable Restricted Clients Only setting.
2. Mitigation
This is a known bug in the current version (ref: MCW-2988).
