Reporting on users and assigned licences
Who is this article for?Administrators needing to report on licences assigned to users.
Administration module access are required.
This article describes how to create a report that shows your users and the licences assigned to them.
1. Generating a report
To create the report:
- Open the menu.
- Select Administration.
- Choose Users.
- Click the User Request Report button.
- Choose the options.
- You can filter on users' status, role and group membership.
- Click Generate Report.
Your report will be queued with the status Added.
2. Downloading a report
Once the status has changed to Processed, you can download the report.
To download the report:
- Open the menu in the report row.
- Choose from the available options.
Your browser will download the report file to your device.
