The following article explains about the "Locked out" error when a user logs into Disclose.
When a user logs into Disclose sometimes they will get a Locked out error looking like the below image:
This usually happens when a user enters password multiple times incorrectly. We can’t unlock this from our side and will have to wait 15 minute for the account to unlock.
If this does not work then try resetting the password. You shall receive an email with subject Disclose Password Reset from app.disclose@ideagenpentana.com
