The following article gives some steps you can follow to access support for Ideagen Disclose. Please ensure you have checked the Ideagen Disclose knowledgebase for any troubleshooting before contacting Ideagen Support.
Important: Make sure to record the name of the issue, date, time, and your browser version just in case you need to escalate to support.
1. Accessing support
If you are having trouble, please check that there is no work around. Here are the troubleshooting steps for accessing support:
- First, check the Ideagen Disclose knowledgebase for resources and documentation on the software. Please refer to the Getting Started with Ideagen Disclose for a contents page of the knowledgebase.
- Then, contact your local information services support department or your dealer. A screen shot is always helpful, together with your browser version, the name and version of the checklist you are using, and if a specific error has occurred, the date and time of that error.
- If neither of the above options has fixed the issue, then please contact: support.disclose@ideagenplc.com.
