Getting Started with accessing Disclose as an Administrator
Who is this article for?Administrators who want to learn how to get started with accessing Disclose.
Administrators will have access to adjust this.
Administrators have elevated access rights, allowing them to configure and manage the system, set permissions, and oversee user activity. Users, on the other hand, typically have limited access, focusing on interacting with the system based on the permissions and roles assigned to them by administrators.
1. Becoming a user
- If you want to become a user, navigate to the Administration section and then Users.
- Hover your mouse over your name and select the dropdown menu, choose Edit.
- In the Roles tab, you can add yourself as a user by checking the User box and then selecting Save.
- Don't forget to assign yourself to a checklist bundle by visiting Administration, License Usage.
- Hover over the checklist bundle and choose Assign Users.
2. Assigning supervisors
- To make a user or administrator a supervisor, they must already be a user or administrator.
- You can do this in the same way as adding yourself as a user above, or you can add it as an additional role when adding a user (refer to the User section).
- Supervisors have additional responsibilities to assist the administrator, including the ability to:
- Assign Answer Sets to Clients
- Assign Answer Set SECTIONS to Clients
- Undo Offline
- Reopen Tailoring
- Reopen Main
- Delete
