The following article explains solving an issue related to missing or incorrectly asked questions in your tailored checklists, providing valuable insights and step-by-step instructions to help you resolve these issues effectively and streamline your tailoring process.
1. Missing tailoring questions
If you encounter a situation where expected tailoring questions are missing or the tailored checklist does not contain the anticipated questions, there are typically two underlying causes:
- Incorrect Answers: One or more tailoring questions may have been answered incorrectly, leading to unexpected outcomes.
- Tailoring Logic Issue: Occasionally, issues in our tailoring logic may be responsible, especially with recent changes designed to accommodate FRS102 and IFRS checklists for ESG applications.
To address this, follow these steps:
- Review Tailoring: Ensure that all questions, especially those related to ESG, have been answered accurately.
- If the issue persists, contact Ideagen Support, providing:
- Details on which question is missing or being asked incorrectly after tailoring.
- Export the answer set (containing answers only, no client data) by:
- Going to the Answer Sets screen.
- Selecting the answer set and clicking Details.
- On the Details screen, click the Export icon and save the file
- Send the exported file to Ideagen Support for further assistance.
