Disclose access will be required follow these steps.

1. Cannot find user in search

The user search text boxes allow you to locate users by entering their first name or last name. However, if you encounter a situation where you input a name, but the user doesn't show up in the search results, it's possible that the user's name was entered with leading spaces. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. 1. Navigate to Administration, then Users.
   2. Scroll through the user list and select the person in question.
   3. Click on the down arrow to the right and choose Edit.
   4. Correct any leading spaces in their First Name and/or Last Name.
   5. Save the changes.
