Ideagen Disclose users using offline answer sets.

Offline answer sets in Disclose can enhance data security by allowing users to access critical information without an internet connection, ensuring sensitive data remains protected. Additionally, utilising offline answer sets can improve efficiency by enabling users to work seamlessly in remote or low-connectivity environments, reducing downtime and boosting productivity.

1. Offline answer sets

1. In the answer set, there is the option to go offline when selecting the Wi-Fi button in the top right hand corner. 
2. This will allow you to continue answering questions and they will be stored locally. 
3. To go back online, return to the answer set and select the Wi-Fi button again and this will take the answer set back online including all your answers.
4. The menu option for offline answer sets will show you the answer sets which are Offline. 
5. Select the down arrow icon on your chosen answer set and then you can opt to continue answering.
6. Once answering the checklist, you can change it to be online (see section on going offline and online).
