Client Access is required.
Editing an answer set in Disclose involves accessing the specific answer set details page where users can modify or update their responses to questions. Users can make changes to their answers, add comments, and adjust details related to the answer set as needed.
1. Re-opening and editing
Reopening a reviewed answer set is possible, but remember the answer set must then go through the review process again.
If the answer set review hasn't commenced, you can edit it and make changes such as amending the reference, year-end date, and adjusting the groups assigned to any sign-offs. However, if the review process has already started, you must first reopen the answer set to enable further editing.
2. Answer set details
- From the answer sets home page, place the mouse over the answer set you wish to resume and select the down arrow icon .
- Select the Details option.
- This will show all the details about the answer set you've selected:
Here are a few details about answer sets:
- You can update your answer set to the latest checklist version by accessing the answer set details page and selecting the icon to update to the latest version.
- If the answer set involves answering by section, the details page will display the status of each section within the main checklist, including the current user and completion status. The user completing the final section will be listed as the one who completed the answer set.
- Access the reporting menu by clicking the Report button.
- An Export option is available if you need to investigate a question in your answer set with the support team. It generates a zipped file that can be emailed to support, allowing them to review your answers and investigate why a specific question is or isn't appearing.
Important: The exported data contains no client-specific information; instead, it enables support to create a duplicate of the answer set solely for the purpose of investigating the problem. The exported data may appear unintelligible to you and serves a specific purpose, primarily in the above situation.
